Dont delete mails or provide pay and retrieve option
Pls do not delete mails if account is not operated for one year, even if you do so, you should give us an option to pay and retrieve data. I am very upset over data lost that was stored for almost 14 years of my memories securely but unable to restore as i am just two days late in one year access completion. This is too heart breaking
