New app account access issues (Ipad)
Fix your latest app update!!! Why am I being forced to go back to webmail to access the (4) accounts I have been able to access for years using the app? I had the app set to work with two Yahoo accounts and two Gmail accounts.
Why does deleting, then re-downloading the app allow me to access all my accounts the first time I open the app, then demand I re-login to one particular Yahoo account the second time I use the app?
My problem is successful entry of my yahoo password still results in a Yahoo demand to send me a passcode to a long dead U.S. Navy e-mail account... I left Navy back in 2007!
Aggravating part is I can access everything just fine using Yahoo webmail, pushing me back in "ease of use," by a number of years.
Neither successful access via webmail, or first time use of a fresh install of the app, allows me to update my long dead U.S. Navy e-mail to something more recent for "account recovery," so I am now stuck using webmail.
