1. We want Yahoo to add features that can help us BLOCK emails from people or organizations that have deliberately refused to unsubscribe us after we've written to them severally on many occasions to unsubscribe us, yet, they deliberately refused to do so for many years. This is very traumatizing! "Naukrigulf" has refused to unsubscribe me for many years after I wrote to them severally. This problem is currently happening in my Yahoo email Account.

2. We want Yahoo to add features that can help us to recall or cancel sent email messages, in case we don't want the recipient to read it. This can really help in cases where we sent an email in error to the wrong person.
