How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    I , Jacob Wright, at injusticerabbit@yahoo.com , had previously had this account and was not offline for two years, yet my information and previous mail didn't update when they reaccessed this account a couple months ago. Why did I not get all my previous information back?

    I’m not able to receive any emails here. I’ve been trying to get a verification code sent to this email, but nothing is coming through. I’ve checked my inbox and I’m still not receiving anything. Can you please help me figure out what’s going on and send the code again? Thank you.

    Ça serait bien que pour une adresse mail, on reçoit ses mails ... 24 heure que je demande a réinitialiser un mot de passe et aucun mail.... Un peu abusé

    I hate that you deleted all my emails. I know I don’t use this account often, but this is the second time this has happened. I lost emails dating back to the 90’s. Stuff from family and friends that I was saving. I am so disappointed. Is there any way to recover my emails? At least you could have just stopped accepting new emails and retained my old ones. I cannot understand why deleting my emails was the solution.
