Fantasy Ratings and Levels - Add rating and level data prior to 2009

This would include lifetime rating and level data that was before 2009. Currently, this data only goes back to 2009 and the data before is not included.

    I agree with Arthur, would LUV and fully support the ratings/stats to reflect the cumulative history of the league (i.e., when the member started)- this pays homage to the history and dedication of the league, its members and values all years/seasons. The idea behind the ratings system is great, but to fully appreciate longstanding commitment and tradition, all (not just 2009-present) ALL stats (since Yahoo fantasy inception) should be recognized.     I really liked the idea, but i suggest that you guys could make the statistics since the beggining, not since 2009... the stats're all there :)
