Make the left side navigation bar customizable so a person can move or remove any categories that don't apply to their experience and have them STAY that way instead of having to hide them every time. Make it so customers could move the folder section around in the bar to make it easier to organize your inbox into their folders and see immediately when a message shows up in a filtered folder.
