I vote for the latter because the talent pool is too deep in College Football and the starters as well as the producers is always in flux. Injuries, outperformance and just plain quitters happen every week.

Seconded. There is nothing special about Bryce Perkins (QB) and Collin Johnson (WR) has barely played. Bye weeks are in full swing meaning you have to A) drop a decent player or B) not fill that slot that week.

This should be done a lot more often. It's already week 6 and there are players on it that aren't even top 10 in their position (especially QBs) or have been total busts (Reagor). Many of the best players this years are not even on it, so what's the point at all? The list should automatically be based on points scored over a period of games, not namesakes, and routinely updated.

The can't cut list needs to be updated. There is no reason I can't drop Hakeem Butler from Iowa State. I need to pick up a Tight End for this week and he is the worst player on my team. I need to be able to drop him.

Remove Khalil Tate from the list. He is a major #1 overall pick bust and has underperformed all but one week and 4 of the 5 have been by 50%.
