Limiting the options to one conference
Because of the sheer number of P4 players and the relatively large size of conferences, it should be a commissioner option that you can limit the players available to members of one (or two) conferences. That way, an eight-team league would pick only from rosters of 16-18 teams rather than 64-ish.
