Review shutting down comments
Whenever the facts of a story changes you shouldn't shut down commentary. Especially when new data exonerates one of the two parties. This is tantamount to being a journalistic kangaroo court
I make this comment in reference to the columbus story where the cop shot a young girl about ready to stab another young girl

Disagree. Commenting always devolved into pointless bickering, race-baiting, and trolling.
Too many comments in too short of a period of time, any number of bad actors giving false information that often served as a sub-headline for the news in the mobile app, no moderation to speak of. It was a cesspool that yahoo let completely get out of hand. Good riddance.
