Why can’t I lock this app with my fingerprint in iOS? I manage my account key sign ons through this app and anyone could accept it and log into my account or access my emails without authentication.

I don’t receive notifications for my email through this app either, I shouldn’t have to have the mail app installed as well if I can access it through this app.

    Anonymous/Bob Griffin email comment is a fake. Bob Griffin you may have been hacked or used as a decoy to hack someone. Everyone else, this “anonymous” commenter is hacking me and has been for many months

    My account was compromised all my things were hacked and they stole my identity. I have used EVERYTHING to keep them out, even making a new account to transfer all my contacts to. Instead they hack my email AGAIN took off my phone number and I was locked out of it for two days on top of the past week and a half dealing with them hacking my iPhone, iPad and my husbands phone and Xbox. Honestly I believe they may be in my new email as well now even changing emails and all the two-step. I called and your telling me I have to pay to get help bc you can’t stop them from getting in?? And the guy just hangs up on me and then no answer over and over again I gave up. I decided to delete the app and get the one with email and news and LUCKILY I got back in it and was able to try and kick them out YET AGAIN. Please do something about this as my email is now on the dark web, and was in a data breech in August I was never told about so I have NO IDEA who this could be everytime it’s ridiculous.

    I am unable to get into my account due to changing my phone number. So with the key account on its impossible to retrieve it

    Because the phone you are trying to replicate has facial recognition and not thumbprint. jeez!

    I did not choose Touch ID and yet email is asking for it. What do I have to do? Can’t log in

    I have an old email I have not used for many years. Marie.mjmj@yahoo it is or was being used by my angry ex! Please delete it!! I dont even know how to access it.
