I am signed in with my email yet the app will not let me redeem my points the reply I received was not helpful at all
they reply you reply to me from a email that I cannot reply to and your answer did not help doesn't make sense... when I try to redeem it tells me to contact customer service as it can't find my email... please tell me what to do
