please bring more e-gift cards when a certain Brand has sold out. I believe it's unfair for players to gather points and not get gift cards.

I, myself gathered enough points to get a Starbucks gift card,and because it was sold out I couldn't redeem it, waited 3 days for the gift card to be available and instead lost all the points I've earned because it was not available. Either you keep updated with the gift cards or have the players keep their points and no resets on Sunday's at 9 p.m. because it's becoming unfair for players to redeem nothing after spending time trying to earn their points fairly.
