Improve support for the app and clarify your terms and conditions
I temporarily signed into my boyfriend's account to redeem his rewards because they were going to expire and he was at work. Now I'm unable to use my account to redeem my points and support keeps telling me terms and conditions say that there cannot be two accounts on the same device (which it doesn't, it says a person cannot have two accounts, not that a device cannot have two different accounts on it). The app also allows you to have two different accounts signed in at the same time which is a stupid feature if that is the actual policy. I've lost all the points for that week and support is very difficult to reach and properly talk to about the issue.
