Global Self Storage (Nasdaq: SELF) - Update Shares Outstanding for Completed Rights Offering

Please update Global Self Storage (Nasdaq: SELF) shares outstanding per the recently filed 8-K for the completed Rights Offering. At the closing of the rights offering, the Company sold and issued an aggregate of 1,601,291 shares of the Company’s common stock. As of September 30, 2018, 7,692,624 shares of common stock were issued and outstanding. So, please update total shares outstanding to 9,293,915 shares of common stock.

    Please update the total shares outstanding to 9,330,297.

    As of Sept 30, 2019, 7,729,006 shares of common stock were outstanding. The company recently issued 1,601,291 shares of common stock per the 8-K above.
