I have repeatedly marked as SPAM, McAffee and Norton, but they get back in my mail box with changed addresses.
Block by company name rather than their address which keeps changing.

My Name
Why all of a sudden my email says the name "Mary Cross". This has never happened. Is this a case of fraud?? I tried to change it back but to no avail. Kindly fix. Thank you

Can I change back to the old format? This design is not only childish, but less user friendly than the classic email interface.
Why did Yahoo have to mess up a good thing. Stop letting recent college grads run the redesign and user interface.

Allow to switch off the USELESS spam filter

Missing Emails
Thank You - Customer service with your response to my missing emails. I followed your suggestion and found them in my "Spam folder" and has since returned them to my "in file"

Give users a choice
Your response to my "Yahoo Arabic is forced on users across the entirevArabic-speaking world who may not be interested in reading Arabic news" comment doesn't answer the question. Yahoo/Everything/World gives ONE option, Arabic Maktoob for all Arab-speaking countries. All I want is when I log into YahooMail I have a choice to choose the language of the news page that is forced on me. I don't want to be forced into Maktoob because it is all Egyptian news and I don't read Arabic. Give users a choice.
