How can we improve New Yahoo Mail Basic?

deleted all my emails

I haven't checked my yahoo email in a few months and ALL of my emails are deleted. Im upset because this account had meaningful old emails and photos, which I can no longer view since it said I was "inactive" for too long. There were also email contacts that I don't have access to anymore. Can you please restore everything?

    How do I see my emails? I have over 4000 emails and I can not see them. I can only see 25 or so emails..My account for some reason is not getting the basic email. With each new email that comes in, an old one will drop off now.

    I logged into my email account and my 4000+ emails have disappeared. Is there anyone who can tell me what happened or get my emails back? they are not in my trash bin either.

    after uploading new format, i lost last 2 years some important mails. is there any way you can help me to retrieve those mails

    That is terrible. Why is Yahoo doing this stupid thing. Couldn't they have given us a warning to save our stuff elsewhere?!!!

    Why do I have to search to find the latest emails? Put the latest emails in my Inbox. Don't make me hunt for them.

    First, you did not need to improve it. There was nothing wrong with it. And where are all of my stored messages??? My historical messages seem to be gone. I need those. This system really sucks.
    Can only scroll down a few messages instead of down all of them at once.

    The People tab and all it did for me is what made Yahoo Mail workable for me. I could actually click on one item and see my IMPORTANT mail from actual people instead of them being lost amongst the 150 junk mail items I get each day. Taking that feature away is a killer. I will have to go to another e-mail system now.

    RESTORE MISSING EMAILS YOU DELETED WITH THESE CHANGES. I SAVED THEM BC THEY CONTAINED IMPORTANT INFO. IF I DELETE AN EMAIL, I WOULD LIKE TO GO ONTO THE NEXT EMAIL WITHOUT GOING BACK AND FORTH TO MY INBOX. MY DESKTOP SHORTCUT FOR MOST OF MY SHORTCUTS DO NOT WORK ANYMORE. I AM ELDERLY WITH POOR VISION. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS. I NOW WILL NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM YOU HAVE CREATED. YAHOO, FACEBOOK, EBAY, AMAZON, GOGGLE, ECT. WERE MY MAGOR SOURCE OF ENTERTAINMENT IN INCLEMENT WEATHER. NOW YOU HAVE ROBBED A HANDICAPPED SENIOR OF ALL HER PLEASURES.

    Did you test this before you screwed this up so bad? in two days my folders a have been restored and lost 3 times. Today thanks to this"New" format folders and e-mail lost again. It will take at least a day if not two to try to restore my work in my folders.

    DON'T. I LOST EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE SAVED UNTIL. THIS NEW EMAIL. I HAD A FOLDER WITH MY BROTHER NAME ON IT. BECAUSE HE IS IN THE NAVY THAT I HAVE SAVED FOR 30 YRS AND NOW IT IS GONE. BECAUSE OF THIS NEW EMAIL.
