    I can't find an option to stop when I open to read emails from going to a one page with a gray background, can't respond. Who came up with this crazy idea? I've searched setting numerous times to change to no avail.

    After 20+ years with a yahoo account I think it is time to Can't find anything, nothing works when clicked on. Mail account keeps freezing up. BRING BACK THE CLASSIC MAIL. STOP ******* WITH STUFF THAT ISN'T BROKEN!

    Totally agree. The new system is down most of the time and just locks me out of my mail for an hour citing security. Exceptionally poor implementation of security as I cannot access my own mail. Whoever has suggested this should be fired.

    I don't want to pay for any upgraded + ... but I want to go back to the new that I accidently opted out of. AND I want to know how I can get my stationary back for composing emails please

    This new basic is awful...you switched me to the new email WITHOUT ME MAKING THE CHANGE! It is really bad - horrible use of screen space. So...I went back to "basic" which is a far cry from the old "basic" I now have no link insert, no emojis, no formatting and no settings icon. Just the worst...if it doesn't revert soon I'll go to gmail despite the hassle to change

    What the heck? Stop deleting features and adding features. Need to allow users to pick from list of features that we want and the ones we don't want. this basic version still won't let me view all of my emails and they aren't in the spam folder. I know I did not authorize Yahoo to just delete the emails that you somehow picked. I want my **** emails to show up in my inbox again

    I can no longer view a lot of emails. Whatever was done there are a lot of emails that I can no longer view at all and have tried going back to basic mail, but still can't see those emails. Getting to the point where I would rather use my goggle email instead. Every time yahoo pushes out an update there are things that I do not like. Need to allow us to pick which features in updates that we want and which ones we don't want

    VERY URGENT AND CRITICAL
    Please, note that I cannot add and send attachments in the new version. Adding attachments is only possible with the basic version. Could you, please, repair your system and let me know ?

    Don't know what Yahoo mail is doing to my account! Codes, every time I sign in! Changed password; said success. Nope! Even the new page is not good!

    I want to go back to the previous version, not some version in between that and the "Newest" version.
    The "newer" font is too small and spread out. I can't Find anywhere to change it.
    Any attachments should be at the bottom, displayed LARGER, and with option to Preview.
    I want my messages accessed as continuous scroll, and not loaded as separate pages, which is very unhelpful for quick scroll and access.
    Didn't choose to go with new version, but seem to be stuck with a "newer" version and can't get back to previous version.
    NOT HAPPY!
