    Do more research into what your users want otherwise they will just move on to a more favorable service.

    The new look is awful. It doesn't show all my mailboxes. Navigating is cumbersome!

    MAKE IT HOW IT WAS A YEAR AGO. I CANT EVEN SWITCH FROM ONE ACCT TO THE NEXT YOU HAVE IT SO MESSED UP NOW. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF CHANGING IT!

    You made Basic Mail worse that it was before. Now the settings doesn't have options to change most things. For example, compact layout, dark mode, etc. There are only about 10% of the settings there used to be.

    i have LITERALLY HATED each of you new layouts, and each time you make a new one and force me to use it, it ****** me off. we need a checkbox in settings that says something like "dont change the layout" or "ignore layout changes"

    Classic is email is the best. Basic is still good. The new "standard" is terrible. Just improve the classic and make it the default

    The new layout, text box width, font sizing ratios and overall layout are not accessible for those with visual disabilities

    Whatever you did to "improve" yahoo mail it is terrible! It is very laggy and when doing action items I have to click apply 3+ times to get it to work! The layout is worse also.

    To Return the missing options, bottom preview of message nad side preview of files cotent, no need to switch to full view.

    Setting are also with restricted optios

    Can you bring back to basic email the shortcuts??? and remove the go to pages layout, its annoying and time wasting to click on pages to look for an email, everything should be on the front and you should scroll down which is fast and efficient like it was before.
