Yahoo Arabic is essentially news of importance to Egyptians because Egypt is the largest Arabic-speaking country. Yahoo focuses on Egypt to the detriment of all users who don't give a hoot about Egyptian news. Same argument could be made for English: Why don't you lump all English news into one site for all English-speaking countries like Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, Belize, etc. How about those Arabic-speakers who DON'T WANT TO READ ARABIC and prefer some other language? How about those residents in Arab countries who CAN'T READ ARABIC? Why don't you give people a choice to select whichever language they want to see loading when they are logging in YahooMail?
