Remove the countdown timer for a new 2 step code to login into your email,its not needed,just have a button saying send new code!
When you have a timer it stresses you out to add the numbers quickly,its not needed,just add a button to send new code like other sites do.

Quit cutting off messages

Stop asking if "it's really me" when I seek to log-in to my Email. It is. Nobody has access to the computer or devices I'm using - ever. If I have my password, and it's correct, there is no need to also require the answer to a 'security question' which is really nothing more than another password. Allow users to Remove ALL political news stories from news feed
While I would like to keep up with some news, I am over this constant back and forth of hate between the GOP and Dems. I will not be reading any political stories, so I want to be able to remove that content from my news feed. Some stories don't give the drop-down tab to do that. If I can't then I'll just switch to my GMAIL acct. and stop using the yahoo one.

Disable the completely useless spam filter.
Marking as "not spam" has no effect.

Apple mail and in Safari web browser in both MacOS desktop and iPhone iOS, which includes all yahoo finance and other topics that USED to be available.
migrate Yahoo email to the settings which used to be available.Options to manage emails have been removed without user knowledge or specific consent.

I want all emails synced with Gmail so I can dump (sh1t on} Yahoo! Holding users ******* to prevent migrating to another email is antitrust violation. Forcing customers to pay to migrate is blackmail. Lockout and predatory practices are illegal.

By allowing us to choose our passwords and not be dictated to by you on what we want to use.
Yahoo are not very bright, by refusing us to use our own countries financial sign means hacking is much easier as we have to use the Dollar sign. Give us the end user the right to choose our own currency symbol and stop saying its not safe to use when in fact its much safer than using a dollar sign as its a common sign, so is more unsafe than say the British pound. Wake up and fix it as we can find ways of escalating this to higher powers in Yahoo and seriously contemplating doing it.

Virus-laden ads in Yahoo Mail
For example, I, accidentally, clicked the "Korean" photo for the Aug 1, 2024 ad, and a new tab appeared showing that my computer was infected with a virus. Fortunately, it wasn't. How many potential lawsuits will be brought against Yahoo for not checking such before and during the ad's run (i.e., an approved ad before it runs may go bad afterward, so, all ads must be checked at least randomly)? Yahoo is responsible for all content shown on its pages and must perform due diligence on such, especially of what isn't created directly by/from Yahoo.

Too few results in e-mail search
In cleaning out my neglected e-mails, I did a search in mail.yahoo.com to remove spam and no-longer-wanted subscriptions, specifically from my Inbox. Unfortunately, I got only a tiny number of results out of the dozens, if not hundreds, that I know are there, and have to scroll down the search result page to get more. An option should be available to show all search results in one shot, without having to scroll. It takes minutes to remove such e-mails, which should take seconds. Also, when I select the pop-up box's "show all ###", it blanks out the ability to click…

no of e-mails per page
Please is there any way you can have an option of say the number of e-mails per page - say 20, 50, 100 maximum or something. That would be customised to your prefererences. Thank you in advance. (Just a suggestion).
