make it functional
too many glitches. I like the old yahoo version that I have been using for may years. The new one is very glitchy and difficult to run my business. I go back to the old one and the old one doesn't work properly. Is this what we can expect from yahoo mail. If so, although I've use yahoo for over 20 + years to run my business, my frustration level is leading me to change to google

deleting emails should not bump me back to inbox but to the next mail
you must want users to "upgrade" - i wont or leave , it worked before but now thanks to "new" mail i have to back and forth when i want to delete mails which is often and before it would go to the next mail down in the inbox not the main page itself, please sort this

Beautiful. Defaults to Monthly, highlights the current day with the Blue dot, and has pastel colors behind the text instead of the dark colors. Beautiful set-up! Thanks

Unsecure feature
In web version Yahoo Mail, I randomly clicked on "Delete" (I thought I've selected one email but nothing was selected) and it showed a message "Are you sure you want to permanently delete 1072 emails?" and the "yes" was preselected as default!
If I didn't notice, I was going to delete all my years email history!More Detail:

I clicked on delete by mistake

NEED algorithm stopping spam like this
PLEASE write an algorithm to stop '****' like this from getting through the system. I should not have to deal with this daily to mark as 'spam' when it is OBVIOUS.

One click switch between accounts
I have more than one Yahoo mail account, for different purposes. I used to be able to click on the user icon and change between accounts. Now I have to go to the home Yahoo page, click the icon, choose the account, login again, explain again that I don't want biometrics or two factor authentication, and choose to view email, and close the tab with the home page on it. And often you make me verify my recovery information. It has been the same for years. It will continue to be the same. This is not useful, it is annoying…

Cannot control Enhanced Contacts
Hello,
I am using Yahoo Mail Basic (and have no desire to switch to a newer version), and I have noticed that the people I correspond with are automatically being added to my contacts without any action on my side. According to the Help pages, I should be able to disable this feature by disabling Enhanced Contacts, but there is no control setting for Enhanced Contacts on the Contacts page that I am able to access.

It is horrible to have to sign in in another account to get a code to sign in in yahoo mail! It is annoying and completely useless if a password is give. This is done in order to steal more information from the users to bombard later with ads. IT IS NOT A SECURITY FEATURE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MORE SECURITY THAN A PASSWORD!
