  1. deletion of multiple emails from a sender at once

    Well , there used to be a circle on the left side of an email that allowed me to pull up groups of emails from the sender. This allowed me to delete all of them at once. That option is no longer available, it's as if you all want emails to increase with no easy way to delete.

  2. Visualização de arquivo

    Favor deixar a opção de escolha dos layouts para os cliente do yahoo.mail, em definitivo.
    Eu prefiro a versão antiga (mesmo a antiga, não está igual). Antes conseguia visualizar um arquivo anexado sem fazer o download, agora mesmo na antiga, não consigo visualizar mais sem baixá-lo.

    Favor deixar visualizar um arquivo, como pdf, por exemplo, como era antes.

  3. Please return to classic view

    Not even the new mail view, but also the classical view was changed badly. It's almost unusable for example too less messages per page and there is no theme any longer. The view is horrible.
    Please return immediately to the real classical view!

  4. Änderung rückgängig machen

    Auch die "Classic" Ansicht ist verdorben. Keine Themes. Zu wenig Messages pro Seite. Und noch viel mehr kaputt.
    Bitte Rückkehr zur klassischen Ansicht!!!
    Benutzbarkeit hat sich stark verschlechtert!

  7. Yahoo is unbelieable

    With the new charging for email policy, Yahoo can't help to mess with their customers, no respect, no appreciation. Had big sign that after August 13th no emails will be send or received, yet it is still August 13th, only after 6 pm and already not able to send or receive emails. It's nice to know how some businesses appreciate their customers. I had Yahoo email for 25 years. In this world who cares ... sad.

  8. New version of email

    The new version of email is horrible. No advanced notification, just boom, there it is. So much so I cancelled my YahooPlus subscription and am looking for an alternative email application.

  10. Fit it.

    Allow me access. I'm using firefox 78 10-15. You did an upgrade which neutrilized my access to read my mail, delete it or archive it etc. I still have access to other sites such as Twitter, & yes I can post a tweet. My bank account, & yes I can do all my transactions as usual. I have tried everything I know. Sign out then sign in. Reset my account settings, etc. I would like a working email address, otherwise "gmail" is an alternative. Just fix it! #geoff.

  11. Has Yahoo changed anything recently?

    The reason for asking is that all of a sudden after approx 20 years, I am having issues logging in to and verifying my account. The verification does not appear to work from my phone and this account via email. I can receive codes on my mobile but only when I am using a computer. When I try to change my password I end up going in to a loop with yahoo and it just sends me back to resetting my password. At first I thought I may have been hacked however this is mainly on my smart phone. I…

  12. Go back to previous version

    Many features are more difficult to use. For example moving a meassage to a folder takes multiple clicks instead of one. Drag and drop only works for top folders since folder list doesn't advance to see lower folders. Inbox and folders require clicking > or >> button to see beyone first screen.

    Generally, no improvements and more cumbersome user interface.

  13. Please give me the standard email I have been using for years

    You can improve your email by giving me back the standard email I've had for years. I did NOT ask you to change my email to this terrible basic version nor did I ask you to change me to a new email. I just want the standard email I have been using for years.

  15. Not scamming your email users

    Hi, few years ago I checked the storage and it said it is unlimited for free so I decided to stay with Yahoo. I have Yahoo email since 1999 or 2000. Now you are just scamming people, there is no visible usage bar, you just tell people the storage is full and they have to pay to be able to receive or send emails. It is so gross. I have new Gmail account, where it is clearly visible how the email is full. Again Yahoo users deserve better treatment not to be taken advantage.

  16. Having used Yahoo Mail for over 35 years I think that this change to Mail is a major step back.

    Icons are distracting, please allow us to disable them, the condensed email format makes far more sense than the expanded spacing in New Mail. I find that email is no longer being "pushed" to me requiring that I manually request it to download new emails. I no longer see a way to forward email to friends & family. I see these issues as being an effort to force us to switch to the New Email. I prefer a simpler format with the Yahoo mail features. The old Yahoo Email worked just fine...they were easier to use.     I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding the recent changes to the email layout.
    Please avoid making changes to core functionality without user testing. The new interface feels unintuitive and frustrating. For example, I’m unable to select an email, mark it as read, and have it actually reflect as read — something that used to work seamlessly.
    The previous layout supported simple, efficient actions. Now, basic tasks are unnecessarily complicated, and I’m struggling to understand the benefit of these changes.

  19. seriously,, 20 GB for long time customers? Surley you Jest,,

    terrible Yahoo customer service ,, you should have not forces existing customers to comply with 20GB storage,, anyone that signed up when the 1TB offer was valid should have been allowed to keep it. Also, you need to have an option for annual or semi annual or whatever length of time the customer wants to pay for in advance if they choose larger storage program. Not everyone is willing to do monthly payments,, you have poor planning and no idea how to run your business.

  20. Set my sort preference as my default

    I would love it if I could set my sorting preference as a default instead of having to set it every single time I open my email. It is a pain especially because I have to reset it every time I file an email after reading it. So if I have 100 emails, I have to reset my sorting preference 100 times! The options could still be available, but my preference should be set as my preference to be my default...
