How can we improve New Yahoo Mail Basic?

I'm in basic yahoo mail,, and when you're viewing all emails and then you go into a email the arrows to move up or down are grayed out

the up and down arrows to move up or down to the next emails are grayed out and not working.

    I want to return to the functionality of classic yahoo. This new version is not good at all. It makes it more difficult and time consuming to process emails, delete, scroll etc. Why are there no working up or down arrows to allow you to scroll up and down your emails. This new version of basic yahoo is terrible. If you do not change it back to its original functionality you are going to lose your customers. Please change it back as soon as possible.

    I came on here to comment/complain about this as well. Does Yahoo! just not want to keep its users any more? I don't want to switch to gmail but if Yahoo Mail remains EVEN LESS functional than it used to be, then they'll get their apparent wish.

    here's an idea fix the f'in scroll arrows or just let us go back to the old versionl. when you have dozens of emails to go thru it is a f'ing pain ********** when the arrows decide to not appearl.

    FIX THE **** SCROLL ARROWS. DO YOU EVEN READ OUR REQUESTS. DOESN'T SEEM SO SINCE THIS HAS BEEN A PROB LEM FOR YEARS. OR LET US GO BACK TO THE ORG YAHOO. CAUSE THIS VERSION SUCKS.

    how about you fix the scroll arrows so they work 100% of the time to scroll thru emails instead of only 1% of the time. it is incredibly annoying to have to close and open every email when you have dozens to go thru. this cvomplaint has been made a dozen times b y thousands of people and yet....... nothing has bee done to fix ir.
