Why do I have to log in every time I want to change accounts?
Changing from one account to the other is tedious now! I have to log in every time I want to switch accounts. Ridiculous!

Switching accounts now is BS. Switching back and forth from work email to personal is a joke. I now have to have to windows open to view emails. And, lucky if it doesn't log me off. Why are you trying change things that wasn't broken.

My wife and I use the same home computer and laptop interchangeably . It has become increasingly difficult to toggle back and forth between accounts. If people are worried about security make that an option for them to chose. Let us just click between accounts without all the additional steps and reentering passwords. I can't believe this issue isn't ranked higher! And I can't express enough to go back and keep it simple for home computer use.

I agree with Tina Miller -- stop trying to improve things and just keep it how it was. We don't need new changes or new layouts! This makes me want to go to Gmail or another email provider. You are costing us time!

In Basic I can't switch between accounts anymore by hovering over my profile. What the HECK! This is AWFUL! I DO NOT LIKE THAT YOU CHANGED THIS. Bring back the old email because it was working really well!

This is the second time writing this! It is VERY annoying when trying to switch between email accounts. Having to click multiple times and new windows open up is maddening!!! It's like you took the e-mail model from 10 years old and went with that. wtf
Stop trying to improve things and just keep how it was! We don't need new changes or new layouts!!! Stop the insanity!!!! -

I agree. WTF happened. You switched me to new mail and then when I switched back to classic mail it looks nothing like the version I just had a few days ago. I can't switch between accounts without signing out. This is terrible

I got the new, blindingly white, nearly impossible to scan or search look and went back to basic. Only now my switch accounts is gone and I can't switch between my personal and family account.
the fact that now you have to log all the way out, log all the way back in wait wait wait for no reason is dumb. It's why I stopped using AOL and it will be the reason I stop using you. having to manage my own and my family's school and shared with spouse etc etc account should not be made more difficult.
This is a deal breaker. Stop making this more stupid.

I have multiple accounts and can not switch between them. I would really hate to delete all my accounts and just go with Gmail but this is so not user-friendly.
