    This looks like 1980 email. Please allow themes again so it is easier on the eyes. This looks terrible and is hard to read.

    Agree! I do not like the new look. I want to change the color too. I do not see any place to customize our Inbox like we could before.

    I did not like the gray background of read e-mails. The unread ones should be bold black as they were previously and the read ones should be on a white or lighter background. It is currently very confusing!

    The all-white background is a visual nightmare, causes headaches, and just generally is miserable. Use color to improve readability, differentiate sections, etc. and GET RID OF THE ALL-GREY BACKGROUND ON THE EMAIL.

    Just wanted to chime in on what others have said - the read emails are too greyed out now. The old way, where unread were bold and read were regular, was just fine, much better than the grey background of read emails.

    Unread emails in bold. Read emails regular. The grey background is very difficult to read. The white background on black text has the most contrast. Please remove the grey background of read messages.

    having several choices for color schemes before, to then "upgrade" to just bright mode or dark mode is a stupid move.

    Please include the choices of themes and colors like it used to be. Also allow the choice of showing the files at all times. Can you also put back the icon to empty my trash files? It's missing.

    I am aware you have commented on other suggestions that there are no plans to support themes.

    But I feel, there needs to be at least a few basic templates that are midway. Or if themes are not possible, a more relaxing colors for certain areas.

    Eg: In case of light theme, the background of email body is too white. So maybe a soother white there.

    This is not a theatrical production! Black and white has always worked in the past!!
