How can we improve New Yahoo Mail Basic?

Will you people stop ******* switching me to new versions of yahell mail or yahell mail plus?
takes me forever to figure out how to undo. Honestly you are almost not worth it any more.

    Great marketing idea - change my email account so that I cannot see emails older than a couple of hours right before Christmas and no intuitive way to restore it. you guys are really jerks.

    Option for larger fonts for reading emails and sending. Open the next email automatically (it used to do this). The new feature that you have to have the email open and then enter action wanted and apply to move a file. Used to be faster to just click box in front of several and just move them. I find the new version much slower and cumbersome to use. Wish I had the old style back.

    What is the f@#$%& purpose of changing everything around for NO functional benefit????? Other than to **** people off and make them have to relearn where everything. Absolutely STUPID!!

    When I was using the "old" email previously, I was able to choose font size for my mail, as well as fonts. The font size is important for me as a visual aid in reading. I wish you would continue to offer font size, regardless of whether it's "old" or "new" basic mail. For those of us who have been with Yahoo since the beginning, and I mean the '90's, it's kind of crummy that you wouldn't continue to offer it. Also, I used to be able to scroll through incoming mail without having to advance every 25 emails. I don't know why you changed this feature. Also, the ribbon at the tope that has "delete," "spam," "actions," etc, used to be a floating header which was nice--why change that?

    Hello, Yahoo, this version is not that good but one before Note it has a gear icon on the top right when you click that open another gear icon little bottom of right side that version was very good so please bring something similar but i do like this its separate all invoice and media stuff thank you

    There is no way to get in touch with you, support or anything else to contact you.

    You inflicted the new Yahoo mail on me and when asked to restore my yahoo mail to prior to that infliction, it has not been the same. I can only see two to four hours of mail headers at a time and that window is fixed, can't scroll to earlier emails as you used to be able to do. The 'Move to' window is also screwed up and doesn't move an email to where you want to put it. There is no "Back" button to return to your Inbox. There other features also messed up.

    I HATE the way the new software works and functions. Just like phone up dates, once you get an update everything gets screwed up!!

    Imagine waking up on Cyber Monday and all of a sudden, all of your emails have completely been moved around and made harder to navigate!!! Please put it back the way it was....this new way is really horrible!!

    I don't know how this pile of garbage is now m email but it is terrible. What is the purpose of those stupid action boxes? Why do you have to click on a "GO" box? Why can't you chance the font and size anymore? Why can't you go through your old email without having to go back to the inbox and click on the next one to review it? In my opinion, the new old mail is garbage compared to the old mail. Please bring it back.

    Your email is atrocious now. The lettering size is so small you can hardly read it and there is no way to make it larger. You also took away the different type faces and the ability to BOLD, etc. You also require more steps now to even transfer emails to folders! It's ****! YOUR 'NEW' VERSION IS EVEN WORSE! WE ARE NOW LOOKING TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT EMAIL SERVICE.

    I WANT MY ORIGINAL, BASIC YAHOO EMAIL BACK !!!!! I WANT MY AUTO-POPULATING; NONE OF THIS
    "REFRESH" ****..... THAT IS SO STUPID AND A WASTE OF TIME !!!!! YOU NEED TO RE-ASSIGN WHOEVER
    CAME UP WITH THAT IDEA TO THE MAIL ROOM !!!!!

    I'm older than many users these days, I do not like or need to change the look, orientation, operation of the software to check e-mails. most of which is **** or of interest only once in awhile.

    Please give me the option to NOT update the look or operation of the software to check my e-mail.

    Ive been using Yahoo for many years I would like it to still be easy for me to use.

    Under the new version, there are extra steps involved when navigating the email messages. The search box is better than having to scroll the page looking for the folder. This is just one example. A drop down box doesn't make navigating easier. In fact, it creates an extra step, and the apply button also adds an extra step.
    As for the calendar, not having the option to set a default view (monthly rather than weekly) is requiring an extra step. Is there was a way to set how the calendar defaults to always opening to the desired format? (Monthly) My calendar always opens to weekly.(not desirable)

    I don't like the new look at all. Even the Old Basic look has changed to purple. Why "fix" what was not broken? I'm so frustrated and avoid checking my mail now because of this.

    I preferred how I had my Yahoo Mail set up before. I could have dark mode. I could have different tabs for different search parameters. Now the only tabs I can have are for Mail, Calendar, Notes, etc. I just need the ability to have tabs for whatever I'm searching for, like I used to.

    This is the worst update to Yahoo Mail ever. I have tried to contact you for my issues and so far I have never gotten a response. Where is the "Theme adn the Appearance" options ? I have trying to figure it out and I can't find it. I have had issues reverting back to my Yahoo Mail Plus subscription but I could not make it stay on the green theme which I like. It keeps reverting back to the white background. This sucks ! Art Macasinag. raddoc888@yahoo.com
