WHY DID ALL MY EMAILS DISAPPEAR WHEN I SWTICHED BACK TO BASIC MAIL? I NEED THOSE EMAILS! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AVAILABLE! THOSE EMAILS ARE PROOF OF PAYMENTS AND RETURNS AND OTHER INFORMATION I NEED!
