How can we improve New Yahoo Mail Basic?

While paying for storage, system needs us to choose state. But I am living in Turkey.

While paying for storage, system needs us to choose state. But I am living in Turkey. So when paying for more storage, change the state information with country section firstly.. I can not pay by credit card.. Because I can not choose the country. Please immediately change that state section to country...
