Solve the problem for pay from TURKEY...
I can not add storage for my mail, because there is no Turkey country in the system that I can choose for the credit card. So How can I get my mails? I need immedaitely. My last article has accepted and waiting for my confirm the submission. But there is no mail, I mean I can not get the mail so that I can confirm and be a Prof.Dr.
Please make it free for 1 week or day, inorder to confirm the submission. It is not the time stopping to get the e-mails now. And solve the problem please that I can pay by credit card.
This is not my fault.

p.s. I am a yahoo user since 2003. My target mail address is always yahoo mail. But now, why is this problem? Did apple or microsoft buy yahoo?? As I know that this can not be yahoo. They never make problems because of money...
