The white background behind the inbox and messages is quite harsh and ******* the eyes, and my monitor is usually dialed back for reading. The "dark" theme is not a good alternative. It's yucky. The previous version's themes carried through into the background for the typeface and they were easy on the eyes. Improve Yahoo Mail graphics by introducing more smoothly integrated themes. In my opinion and that of many others, most of the changes to Yahoo during the last 15 years have not improved the experience. There are so many other choices now and I will be exploring a change. Thank you.

    black background needed I can't see the font!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'd much prefer a darker (black/gray/etc) background than the current darkest theme available (dark blue). Please add more dark themes.
