How can we improve Yahoo Mail?

All email disappeared since 1999!!

All email since 1999 disappeared? I have contacts but no email in any folders after signing in with my phone to confirm my account. What can I do? Options?

    Same problem happened to my account, very disappointed and frustrated. Hopefully this can be resolved. What is going on? Is there a way to get the emails back or is this a permanent issue?

    Same thing with my account. After not being logged in for a year or so, now I logged in and found out that all my folders are empty. Not a single email. But I used it for registrations in different services. How come?

    Same thing happened to me today. All my email folders are empty. I don't have a single email. I lost all my emails since I started use it before 2000.

    Now I find that no email can be received???
    Message is :
    Address not found
    Your message wasn't delivered to chlldrensadvocate@yahoo.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

    This is really messed up. Any ideas are welcome.
