How can we improve Yahoo Mail?

1) I cannot switch to Yahoo Classic. 2) I cannot disable forwarding email. Please tell me what I can do.

If Yahoo Help can provide sufficient solution or an option to answering questions for Yahoo user, it will be highly appreciated.
