New Format Discriminates Against People with ADD
the non-optional switch to the new email from the classic format poses a problem for people with ADD and is therefore discriminatory. The right hand column flashes ads at a rapid rate and is very distracting for people with attention deficit disorders. If you must show ads, do not show them changing rapidly or at least allow the option to control the speed. If yahoo will not fix this then perhaps pressure from the ADA (American with Disabilities Act) would be necessary. Also there is NO option to change to the basic format in settings even though the FAQs say there is.
