I know that it’s totally useless to give feedback to the changes that you’ve made with your upgrade, what are you going to do drop everything to give back the full service of Basic, I wonder if Yahoo is the only one that is impressed with the changes that you’ve made. You are forcing people to upgrade by chipping away with what we could do with basic. I also have an MSN subscription where I have buttons on a tool bar at the top of the screen which are for multi-purposes and options and with Yahoo basic, I had the same access and options to do everything that I could on MSN: very simple push a button to toggle between MSN & Yahoo, button for favorites: adding & organizing, settings, customize, printing, Amazon etc., With your upgrade the MSN tool bar is not compatible and there is no way to add the tool bar, or to copy it over. Your genius upgrades have screwed over a lot of people.
