It's hard to read. The colors suck. It doesn't group replies in the same email so I have a cluttered inbox. There are NO customizable features. Switching between my two accounts takes five times as long. It doesn't show new emails in the mobile app. I seriously hate it. I've had this email for over ten years and it will be a real pain to have to make a new account elsewhere. At least give us the option to go back. PLEASE.
