Whomever designed new email must be very young and have no experience. Yahoo is becoming a terrible experience. Even this box hangs up.
My idea. Hire some people with actual long-time experience in satisfying the public not some new consultant who only has a degree and no real experience. Young people are brilliant in this science but they have no practical experience. In other words get an older person to design the email. Seems all your complaints don't vary too much. If you don't address these recurring problems then we all can assume that Yahoo doesn't care about Yahoo..
