I am sick of this ####, you people are not listening to your customers.
there is no real difference between the advertisements and my incoming emails which doesnt make me want to look at the ads or purchase the products it just ****** me off, against you and the advertiser.

Stop forcing people's email to a format that they never chose to be a part of and leave it alone.
Forcing a change in email of all things is a nuisance, time consuming and a forced choice many people obviously don't want it. Have the option to upgrade/change, sure, but don't force it on users. Will be switching email providers if this keeps up.
PS: removing ideas because they are similar to the 'everyone hates the idea' is as democratic/open-minded as forcing the change in email format for them in the first place.

new basic sucks too
Not only does your new upgraded mail suck, now your new BASIC SUCKS TOO.
What was really wrong with the old basic? Nothing. Bring it back.
It's not that I don't like change. Your new product really stinks. Very slow. No attachments from mail option. You like going backwards?

GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL !!!
Does "new" mean "add bugs" ? The original was perfect. Now we find bugs - such as when typing longer messages and find we can no longer read what we are typing after the first few paragraphs. As soon as we type, it scrolls back to the top and makes what we write hidden !

Go back to the previous version. I can't even see which directories I have stored a particular email in. I can't see the original message when I try and reply. ****, I could not even reply, for that matter.
You people have no better things to do than to make it difficult for users?
If things work well, don't change them. Improvements are not supposed to make things worse.

GO BACK TO FORMER YAHOO BASIC !
Why invent new ideas that take away practical functionalities like choices of fonts, colors underlining, original messages, etc... that were so useful ? The new Basic have useless functions that are just made for the eyes, not for the writer. Why make changes to something that is working well and replace it by useless new functions while taking away useful ones ?

Já realizei por três vezes a atualização do Yahoo no Chrome e esta atualização é ignorada. Quando a atualização é finalizada vem uma mensagem agradecendo pelo feito. Gostaria de saber o porque efetivamente não é aceita? Assim sendo, deverei mudar para outro serviço? Aguardo resposta! Obrigada! Volanda Guimarães
