    So that's why I cannot find aging family members when I want to phone them. They do not use email.

    How can that be fair to us paying for this Yahoo product.

    Any of my contacts that don't have an email address are GONE. This is unacceptable. How could you do this and not alert us or offer an option????? Restore ALL contacts now!!!
