   This is like a user interface developer's fantasy project. But clearly there has been no requirements analysis or even user testing. It's bizarre that Yahoo would act so carelessly.

    So that's why I cannot find aging family members when I want to phone them. They do not use email.

    How can that be fair to us paying for this Yahoo product.
