How can we improve Yahoo Contacts?

I CANNOT ADD OR REMOVE CONTACTS from my lists!!!!!!!!!!

I can no longer add or remove contacts from my lists. It is frustrating that you put out updates before testing it the product to make sure all features work. BRING BACK THE OLD YAHOO VERSION!!!!!

    I hate the new version. I'm also not happy that you made changes to the contact list without telling us beforehand. I kept specific notes under contacts and now they are lost because you got rid of that block under the contact. Honestly, I would switch to a different email provider because I am so disappointed with Yahoo...but I can't due to my work and the group I volunteer with

    I want the classic version back...I can't do anything with this one. I guess I'll be switching to Google mail. Your instructions for switching to Classic don't work as it doesn't even come up as an option. Who the heck is in charge of this site...they suck!!!!!

    What on earth is going on at Yahoo? Are there any human beings still working there? These changes are making users miserable and no answers from Yahoo. Long time users have stored valuable contact information that is nearly impossible to access now. Have they been hacked? Did someone intentionally take the beautiful contact system and "update it" to where it's unusable?

    I have spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to add contacts to a list and I am an IT manager for crying out loud! Please hire a UX designer. You badly need one.

    Your instructions are endless, eternal, never-ending circles. I'm trying to go back to the old version so I can add a name to a contact List. I dare you to try your own instructions, then send me some that work - and then change me back to the version that works. I will be endlessly, eternally, forever grateful.

    Just tried to update my contact list for our 2019 members.... Cannot find a way to add contacts to a list at all. Why would list making be discontinued!? How absurd!

    This new yahoo sucks. My contacts are in disarray. Need to go back to previous version.

    Contact list needs to go back to old version, No way to edit it.

    No way in new Mail Pro to edit an existing contact email and/or phone number nor is there a way to add or delete a contact from an existing distribution list. Classis Contacts enabled both these necessary contact edits.

    Get rid of New Contacts. It does not work. It is cumbersome. Can't see the whole picture. STOP changing formats. None are as good as the original. Who needs a monogram for each contact? Ridiculous changes.

    Explain how to add a current contact to one of my lists. And explain why Return to Classic is not an option anywhere anymore.

    Contact lists not working....there is no edit function on my new email. I attempted to add a new list, again no edit function. Please return to old contact lists and functionality.
