   This is really terrible! What happened to the beautiful contact format that opened up on a separate tab in chrome? It's nearly impossible to navigate the narrow contact list on the right side of the inbox. So frustrating! PLEASE PLEASE restore the previous contacts tab.

    What on earth is going on at Yahoo? Are there any human beings still working there? These changes are making users miserable and no answers from Yahoo. Long time users have stored valuable contact information that is nearly impossible to access now. Have they been hacked? Did someone intentionally take the beautiful contact system and "update it" to where it's unusable?
