    I last logged on to my yahoo account on the 22nd May 22. This was after a time when it was almost impossible for me to connect.

    Laptop was down COVID lockdowns were up, so impossible to get the Laptop repaired,. I couldn't leave the place I have lived in for the last 7 years for the majority of the time.

    My note from that log on kept in my password manager was "Password is OK. No change since 4 years ago. Recovery Account is bill.pxxxxxxx@gmail.com. Phone number is +8**********(private edited).

    The account, which goes back at least 22 Years, and was pruned of rubbish emails. The rest was important history I needed to keep, both government, tax, passports, contacts, dates things were agreed. Logging back on with a new laptop showed everything was fine on the 22nd May.

    Then, ready with a backup laptop, a new email client etc, I logged back on a couple of weeks ago. Everything was gone.

    I would pay to have that email back, and cannot believe that a major company is unable to recover it. To be coming out of COVID, the most devastating time of my life, then to find 20 years of my history gone.

    How do I get Yahoo to listen and reply? $50, $100, ****, $200. More? Maybe!.
