One of my most important email contacts had been blocklisted. I have requested help before, and was not given any answer at all from Yahoo. This is so important that I will have to find another company. I tried to remove the block, following advice from my contact's site. When I tried to go through the help function in Yahoo, I was told I would have to pay to get the assistance I need, even though I am elderly and disabled and cannot afford it.
