Fix the freeze process
My email is frozen because of what was excessive storage for my plan. I’ve resolved the storage issue but email remains frozen. When can I expect YAHOO to unfreeze my email? Also, the ability to manage storage via the yahoo.mail URL is very substandard. Why won’t it allow users to delete directories with email in them to expedite the cleanup process as is allowed in the IOS APP? The freeze process you’ve done has disabled my ability to use 2-factor authentication and inhibits my ability to monitor email alerts. It doesn’t appear YAHOO has given enough thought to the customer impact with this new policy. Lastly, it appears your FREEZE process has broken the ability to propagate email updates from the IOS APP to what is shown from the URL. PLEASE remove the freeze and allow me to continue updates from the APP with proper propagation so I can get back to normal service. My YAHOO ID is tomcoleman42@yahoo.com & tcoleman42@sbcglobal.net.
