The "NEW" interface is sluggish and not very responsive and frequently doesn't return me to where I was in checking my mail, so I have to start scrolling over to ensure that I've seen all of the messages.
That is not helpful. Again, you also took away the UP to the top of the list arrow that sends you right back to the most recent mails... not helpful. And, the bold aspect to indicate unread is barely noticeable. Also unhelpful.
