On my phone number, i got 2times a sigmatech master key code from VK-sigmatech and VM-sigmatech which was same as of yahoo verification code

I don't receive sms verification to login my account.
I forgot my password. I want login and change my password but as I have two step verification need to input verification codes from both my second email as well as sms verification is required. But Yahoo doesn't send me verification sms. So I am out of my account.

I get tonnes of emails on a regular basis and sometimes the unread emails get lost in the numerous read email messages.Please kindly add a menu button for unread messages so that one can easily find all the unread messages in one's inbox and read them.

One thing that has always really screwed me me
When some one is writing an important email and they have a terrible internet provider or a bad connection right before you get ready to send it you get bumped off, lose your connection and your email is gone .
