Yahoo Pro does not like to be paid
I have the same payment problems as described below. My bank card ran out of funds and for a while payment was denied. A month back, after fixing the card is Yahoo the one who can't process the payment.
I tried all the International Yahoo links you give below, subscriptions, editing, deleting, and entering new cards but no success.
So basically, I have to become a member to access a person who can help fix this, REALLY? So, even for former PRO members you cannot let us send an email to your accounting department, a simple email to notify WE WISH TO PAY OUR SUBSCRIPTION?
REALLY? is this an intelligent approach from Yahoo?

In sum, you should have more respect for your clients (former) and avoid wasting their time visiting pages for no result. Meanwhile, I will keep using my free version of Yahoo and use the money not paid to have a beer, and forget the stupidity and lack of respectful client relations of some web-based businesses, like Yahoo, at the top of the list. Charging money to talk to you! SHAME!
