How can we improve Yahoo Mail Pro?

make it easy for me to write an e-mail to yahoo

I am unable to write an e-mail to yahoo to explain a problem. I am an existing yahoo small business customer and I cannot get in touch with verizon small business who now hold my small business account. Please can anyone help me
