Been a Yahoo user since at Least 1990. Maybe before? I'm getting INCReasingly Frustrated by your LACK of Help for us! No Excuse for this!
Your Help functions are Terrible!! The Worst!! I've been getting 30 or More Spam messages a day "Mail Delivery Subsystem" "Delivery Status Notif.. (Failure)!! Called my Personal Help Desk BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ONE!! They sent me an email w/ instructions from Laptopmag.com. An experienced IT guy, he said that site has been a Very good one. But their instructions don't EVEN work on my email. I'm SURE they wouldn't have written them and kept them up if they didn't work for many people. Getting these emails to stop should be a SIMPLE function, but your co. makes it Impossible to tackle even a simple thing like this!
YOU NEEd to have an 800# for Help w/ Yahoo. I KNOW you're losing users, members, subscribers in great numbers, so I'd think You'd Improve your Help function so people can get the help they need faster. THat's the way to hold onto users.
