your new Yahoo has screwed up my account list and I cannot put it back in order to list by last name, I cannot correct the list as it doesn'
your new yahoo is a mess can't list my contacts by last name, your list of corrections are useless and on top of that your want me to pay you to talk to you on how to correct my problem and oh switching to your new yahoo it has deleted some of my contacts. I'm going to sign up with someone else because your ne site is useless to me

I agree. We have been using Yahoo for 10 years. This May end SOON. Contact list is not working AT ALL. Cant add to a category or even alphabetize them. Whoever made these changes should be fired. The fact that there is NO WAY to go back to a platform that actually worked is moronic, You are pushing your customers, and your income away. Way to ***** up what used to be easy to use.

I cant add new contacts, nor alphabetize them, nor add to contact lists. THIS MAKES IT USELESS.
