    I NOTICE THAT IF A YAHOO.COM EMAIL DOESNT HAVE A PROFILE PIC THAT THEY CAN PICK....YOU DISPLAY ONLY THE 2 INITIALS OF THAT PERSONS NAME IN A CIRCLE LOGO.   2. column width too wide

    The Inbox column is too wide. I have to scroll right to see the date or delete button. Same with the icons for contacts, calendar, notepad and settings button, despite having a 15 inch laptop screen! Please reset to old column width. This is super annoying.

  4. Perfectly valid emails get "temporarily deferred due to user complaints"

    All perfectly valid emails from a given domain get "temporarily deferred due to user complaints" and bounce back after 4 days.
    Yahoo! Mail support provided only one automated email that proved totally unhelpful.
    Please start acting like a professional company and employ real humans to handle support.

  9. Load time and functionality

    It takes so long to fully load, when I want to select emails to delete or mark as read from the side bar, it just opens them. It's so painful and annoying to check email in this account, please fix this.

  11. Please do not accept ad money from scam site Annie Cloth.

    They are a scam site and by allowing their ads on you site, you allowing the scammers to propagate their scam on Yahoo customers. There are plenty of red flags on their site (you can't even find out where they are!?!) and posts online to support they are a scam site, but here is just one example warning consumers about them: https://wisdomganga.com/what-is-anniecloth-is-anniecloth-scam-or-legit/

    Terrible email system: does not save/archive the original with attachments. It seems to dump the attachment.

  18. Extensions

    Would be Nice if .gov extensions were NOT Placed in Spam. My Congressman was pretty Upset when he found out that a Very Important Congressional Letter to Me was put into SPAM by Yahoo Mail. Happened 4 more Times even after I marked it as Not Spam, NEED to fix that.
